Providing independent actuarial consulting services, including annual actuarial valuations and administration for several plans (qualified and church), and financial reporting for post-retirement pension and health programs. Primary focus has been in the provision of expert witness services for litigation support involving valuation of payment schemes contingent upon survival (lost wages, trust settlements, life estate and remainder interests, alternate payee and participant pension and survivor benefit valuations, etc.). Providing support to attorneys in the analysis, drafting, and implementation of domestic relations orders for qualified, non-qualified, and governmental pension and savings programs.

Responsible for all actuarial certifications for Defined Benefit plans; supervised training for start-up of on-demand/daily valuation Defined Contribution plan administration; system administrator for network of 20 personal computers; designed, wrote, and maintained all independent computer programs, including asset reconciliation system for summary of any number of individual accounts and for consolidated reporting; liaison to provider of commercial actuarial and recordkeeping software.

Responsible for provision of design, administration, and actuarial services for Defined Benefit plan clients; designed, wrote, and maintained actuarial valuation computer system.
